Started my work with ZS at Ecstatic Festival last night in NYC by participating in a panel discussion on our SCORE installation that we just did in Tokyo and are about to do in Brooklyn.  The Apple Store!  Didn’t see that coming…  Anyhow, very excited for Ecstatic this weekend with DJ Rupture and all of the awesome remixers we are working with!

While I’m at it, Trouble has lots of upcoming announcements!  We are doing the maze in Chicago and Detroit.  Also, I’ll be out on the road with ZS and Diamond Terrifier projecting.  Oh, and Trouble has some more performance stuff in the works!  Next season will be a busy one, and we are brimming with anticipation!!!  More on all this soon…

Trouble (aka Laura Paris) is an artist and arts activist living in NYC. She is active as a sculptor, painter, projectionist, and installation artist. Trouble also includes Sam Hillmer at times, especially surrounding Trouble's infamous You Are Here Festival (aka the Maze!)... Recently Trouble has shown/performed at BAM, La Nuit Blanche, and Secret Project Robot Gallery in New York City, the Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (EMPAC) in Troy NY, The White Chapel Gallery and Institute for Contemporary Art (ICA) in London, West Germany Show and Gallery space in Berlin, the Brno House of Arts in Brno Czech Republic, and the Vacant Gallery in Tokyo, Japan.
